Real World Evidence
* Results obtained from the pilot conducted in San Vicente Hospital, Chile, with continuous follow-up of 28 type II diabetic patients between January and August 2021.
* At the beginning of the study, 50% of the patients were decompensated (HbA1c over 9%, represented by group A). With the use of the tool we evaluated a 25% improvement in compensated patients. Group B presented a slight worsening, remaining between 7-9% HbA1c. Group C remains in optimal conditions with HbA1c < 7%.
